Our Values
We strive for excellence
01.
Innovation
We have brought the most minimally invasive treatments into a clinic based setting. Most of our bladder assessments can be performed in a non-hospital, more relaxed outpatient based setting.
02.
Teamwork
Our team consists of experienced specialist nurses, consultants, urologists, gynaecologists, radiologists and physiotherapists who are dedicated experts in managing lower urinary tract disorders. We work as a closely knit team, and by doing so provide higher quality for our client experience.
03.
Sustainability
By supporting people early, we can reduce the risk of conditions getting worse with time, so they become less intrusive, allowing a faster return to normalisation. Where and when possible our aim is to reduce the need for continuous usage of continence pads.
04.
Integrity
We provide the latest treatments possible in a clinic setting, are up to date with the latest research, and monitor our outcomes. We provide factual information, do not over promise, and are committed to providing a personalised experience. We always want to know how we can improve our service. We cannot cure everyone with a simple solution, but we can certainly try our best to make living with a bladder condition more bearable.
05.
Excellence
Our ethos, across our clinical and non-clinical staff, is inbuilt within our cultural values. Every member of our team is critical to the patient journey and experience. We strive for this to be the best it can be.
All of our consultants and nurses have longstanding experience through running continence services at a range of large NHS Trusts.
06.
Commitment
Our team and clinic is committed to striving for excellence in this arena, we are committed to each other and most importantly we are committed to you.
